SURREAL FLORAL COUPLE

Surreal Floral Couple Wall Art

Give a traditional portrait a playful botanical twist with SURREAL FLORAL COUPLE from the Marja van den Hurk collection at Asianmonk. Two formally dressed figures sit side by side, their heads replaced by leafy stems and distinctive flowers. White and pink blooms rise above the woman's grey dress, while yellow pouch-shaped flowers with curling reddish petals emerge from the man's dark suit. Butterflies and small winged insects bring movement to the dusty pink backdrop.

Artwork Highlights

• A surreal couple portrait blending monochrome clothing with colourful botanical forms.
• Delicate pale flowers and rounded green leaves contrasted with yellow blooms and long, curling petals.
• Butterflies and insects scattered among the stems.
• A gold-toned border depicted within the artwork, adding a vintage portrait effect.
• A vertical composition balancing formal poses with imaginative floral details.
