Return/Refund Policy: At asian monk, we take great care and effort in the process of preparing and delivering your art. Each piece of art is crafted on a made-to-order basis, which means production starts once you've placed your order. Therefore, we can only accommodate returns or issue refunds in specific circumstances. For more information, please review the details below.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds: Our policy on returns and refunds is limited to specific circumstances. We only issue returns or refunds in cases where there is a damaged in the product or when the wrong item has been mistakenly sent to you.
* In the unfortunate event that your artwork arrives damaged, or is the incorrect item, we are pleased to offer a free replacement. To qualify for a refund due to damaged artwork (e.g., broken glass or frames), customers must submit a video of themselves opening the package as proof. Kindly notify us within 24 hours of delivery and
include clear photos of the issue. While we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, please understand that we are unable to replace artwork or provide refunds if you contact us after the 24-hour window has passed. Please
note that refunds are not available for any other reason or after this time frame has passed. Thank you for your understanding.

We accept returns/refunds under the following circumstances: IfΒ the item was damaged upon arrival at your location. If the wrong item was shipped to you To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same
condition as when you received it. Additionally, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
We appreciate your cooperation with our policy, enabling us to promptly and professionally address any concerns related to your order.
When submitting your claim, please make sure to include the following information:
- Proof of damage (video)
- Order Number
Please note that we can only accept returns if the item is in unused condition and in its original packaging. Thank you for your cooperation.
*Note: Upon the return of damaged or incorrect products to our warehouse, our quality team diligently examines each item. Please note that replacement or refund is only available for items that are deemed damaged or faulty. The refund process will commence once our team has verified that your order falls within the specified terms and conditions. Any refund/replacement will be processed as per your request.
Returns that are not acceptable include:

3. Unsatisfactory quality
Please be aware that our products are printed on demand and custom-made for each order due to our inventory-free approach. As a result, we cannot accept returns or exchange one artwork for another. We are unable to offer refunds, credits, or replacements unless the product is damaged prior to delivery.
Regrettably, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Our efficient order processing system does not accommodate cancellations. We kindly request all customers to thoroughly review their orders before finalizing them, ensuring the accuracy of details such as product selection, quantity, shipping address, and payment
information.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, but regrettably, we cannot replace artwork or issue refunds if we are notified after the 24-hour timeframe has elapsed. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
**The return or refund process will commence only once the damaged or incorrect items have been returned to our warehouse.
Refund Process: To qualify for a refund, customers must ship the artwork to our designated return address. Upon receipt, Asianmonk will meticulously inspect the artwork to confirm it is in new condition, matching its original delivery state. Any additional damages discovered will render the artwork ineligible for a refund. Following the assessment of the artwork's condition, we will proceed with issuing a refund or replacement accordingly.
Upon receiving and examining your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your refund is approved, the refunded amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the time required for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.
Initiating Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated, eliminating the need for you to inquire. Typically, the refund process takes 3β4 working days before the funds are credited back to your account.
Tax Policy: As a professional business, we are legally obligated to collect the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on all our products. Please be assured that the price displayed for each item already incorporates the GST, ensuring a transparent and straightforward checkout process without any hidden fees or surprises.
