Return/Refund Policy: At asian monk, we take great care and effort in the process of preparing and delivering your art. Each piece of art is crafted on a made-to-order basis, which means production starts once you've placed your order. Therefore, we can only accommodate returns or issue refunds in specific circumstances. For more information, please review the details below.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds: We issue returns or refunds solely in cases of product damage or incorrect item delivery. For damaged artwork or wrong items, we offer a free replacement. To qualify for a refund due to damage, customers must provide a video of the package opening within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue. Regrettably, we cannot replace or refund items if contacted after this 24-hour window or for reasons other than damage. Your understanding is appreciated.

Please note that we can only accept returns if the item is in unused condition and in its original packaging. Thank you for your cooperation.

*Note: Upon the return of damaged or incorrect products to our warehouse, our quality team diligently examines each item. Please note that replacement or refund is only available for items that are deemed damaged or faulty. The refund process will commence once our team has verified that your order falls within the specified terms and conditions. Any refund/replacement will be processed as per your request.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and examining your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your refund is approved, the refunded amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that the time required for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary.

Initiating Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated, eliminating the need for you to inquire. Typically, the refund process takes 3–4 working days before the funds are credited back to your account.

Delivery Time: Transit times vary by location. Allow 8 days from the order date. After leaving our warehouse, transit times are managed by our logistics partners: FedEx, Shiprocket, and Delhivery.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link and tracking number via email, providing you with the expected delivery date for your prints.

Pincodes: We prioritize serviceability based on location and pin code for our delivery service. If you are located in Hyderabad, you can expect fast delivery within 2 days.

Packaging: We ensure that the art is professionally handled from start to finish. First, we print the art and then expertly wrap and frame it. Once framed, we take great care in protecting every square inch of the art by securely wrapping it in multiple layers of bubble wrap. Finally, we pack the artwork tightly in our shipping boxes for safe delivery.

COD: We don't offer Cash on Delivery (COD) due to security concerns.

Guest Checkout: While registering and creating an account is recommended for a smooth ordering process, accurate details are vital for delivery.

Made-to-Order: Our prints are custom-made specifically for you when you place your order, ensuring the highest quality. While this process may take a bit longer, we appreciate your patience as we prepare and deliver your prints.
