Each piece of art is crafted on a made-to-order basis, which means production starts once you've placed your order. Therefore, we can only accommodate returns or issue refunds in specific circumstances. For more information, please review the details below.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds: We issue returns or refunds solely in cases of product damage or incorrect item delivery. For damaged artwork or wrong items, we offer a free replacement. To qualify for a refund due to damage, customers must provide a video of the package opening within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue. Regrettably, we cannot replace or refund items if contacted after this 24-hour window or for reasons other than damage. Your understanding is appreciated.
