To qualify for a refund due to damage, customers must provide a video of the package opening within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue. Regrettably, we cannot replace or refund items if contacted after this 24-hour window or for reasons other than damage. Your understanding is appreciated.

Packaging: We ensure that the art is professionally handled from start to finish. First, we print the art and then expertly wrap and frame it. Once framed, we take great care in protecting every square inch of the art by securely wrapping it in multiple layers of bubble wrap. Finally, we pack the artwork tightly in our shipping boxes for safe delivery.
COD: We don't offer Cash on Delivery (COD) due to security concerns.
