Each piece of art is crafted on a made-to-order basis, which means production starts once you've placed your order. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds: We issue returns or refunds solely in cases of product damage or incorrect item delivery. For damaged artwork or wrong items, we offer a free replacement. To qualify for a refund due to damage, customers must provide a video of the package opening within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue. Regrettably, we cannot replace or refund items if contacted after this 24-hour window or for reasons other than damage. Your understanding is appreciated.
